We are OPEN for phone, computer and general consumer electrical repairs, as well as support for people working & learning from home. 


 The safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority. We will ONLY be operating in a contactless capacity, with full coverage safety screens in-store and contactless pick up & drop offs. Our nationwide courier service will continue as usual.

Are you open during the level 2 lockdown?

Yes.


As an essential service in the utilities and communications sector, effective Monday 27th April, we are OPEN for phone, computer and general consumer electrical repair as well as support for people working from home exemptions.

Contactless pick up / drop off

In-store: Bring the device to our store, We have full coverage safety screens installed for 2m, face to face contact.


Local pick up / drop off service (Dunedin & Mosgiel) We can arrange an urgent courier to collect. 1-2 hours. (Surcharge applies).


National courier both ways: We will continue to offer our FREE overnight courier service nationwide to collect and return your device. (No charge).


Timeframes are dependent on courier service running to schedule. 


Drops off / pickups have to be contactless.

Will my device be clean?

All devices will be cleaned / sterilised with pure isopropyl alcohol prior to and after repair. 


Phones will be further put under a UV lamp for 10 mins post repair.

Can I travel to your shop?

Yes.


If you do not feel safe travelling, please use our collection or courier service.

How do I pay?

Pick up or courier services payment request will be sent prior to repair or part being ordered and payment can be made via:

Devices will only dispatched once payment has cleared.

In-store service Pay Wave / Pay Pass + any of the above.

Do I need booking?

No.
