Preparing Device for Send In Repair

Once your online order is received in our system , a PDF courier ticket will be sent to your email. Print ticket, and attach to the parcel. Make sure that the parcel is packed adequately. You can book pick-up online using or buy dropping parcel to nearest NZ Post Shop.

How long does it take to repair?

Drop off service times are generally with-in 1 hour for all featured services. 

Send in service times are same day repair and return providing parts are in stock

Water Damage Repairs can take 3-5 days.

Services showing a Pre-Order are required to have balance paid in full prior to repair. Lead times for these range from 7-20 working days.

Will my infomation be OK?

Please be aware that part of the test and repair procedures for mobile phone may require upgrading the unit’s software and/or components that may affect the data, settings and other content or contact information. Any software or component change is at the discretion of Phone Surgeons Ltd. However our Technicians will advise first if there is any chance of data loss.

It is strongly recommended you backup all data before sending in any device for service.

Phone Surgeons cannot accept responsibility for any such of data loss should it occur during the test and repair procedure, nor for any consequential personal or business loss including goodwill or wasted expenditure or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are unsure of the meaning of this notice please discuss it with our staff BEFORE you hand over equipment for service.

What is your inspection fee policy?

$45 Inspection fees is waived if repair / service proceeds.
