Our technicians can replace the glass layer only when the damage is purely cosmetic. We can confirm if it is purely cosmetic prior to the repair. The device must remain fully functional and retain the original factory display to qualify for the replacement. We cannot refurbish aftermarket screens or previously refurbished screens.

Special Note iPhone 11/12/13/14/15 Series Devices for Glass or Full Display Replacements 

iPhone 11/12/13 Series devices following screen replacements, You will see a notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings > General > About.


This is due to the touch IC being paired to the phone at time of production. As glass or display has new touch IC, the phone will show below notification

iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 12 & 13 Series Devices Following battery replacements you will see the following "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Health information not available for this battery. Reported battery health information is not available."


This is due to the battery IC being paired to the phone at time of production. As the new battery has new battery IC, the phone will show below notification.

Phone Surgeons is not liable for any damage to device(s) that show traces of third party repair or parts or further damage to existing damage parts on the device e.g cracked back glass. 


Glass only replacement service must have the original display present, we cannot refurbish aftermarket screens or previously refurbished screens. 


All work carried out is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of the invoice. This warranty does not cover additional faults which may occur and which are unrelated to the original fault. 


We do not provide any warranty for liquid/water damage or software related repairs. 


We provide out of warranty service, therefore all repairs void manufacture’s warranty
